When I first started my journey towards mental and physical well-being, it wasn’t easy. I was very depressed, dealing with a lot of anger, anxiety, stress, health issues, and more. After reaching my lowest point, I realized I needed to make a change in order to better myself and my life.
I know what it's like to feel stuck - wanting more out of life but feeling trapped in a constant cycle of stress, fear, self-doubt, etc. I also know what it's like to feel immense gratitude, lasting happiness, confidence, and overall just a higher level of living and thinking. There was a point in my life where I felt so lost and no matter what I tried I couldn't seem to change or feel genuine happiness. I began to question everything in my life; my relationship, my career, and even myself. I had so many things to be grateful for, yet it wasn't enough. But the moment I started working on my mental health, everything changed. Although life isn't perfect, I am always grateful for my life, who I am, and who I'm becoming in my journey.
