Purpose

There was a point in my life where I felt so lost and no matter what I tried I couldn't seem to change or feel genuine happiness. I began to question everything in my life; my relationship, my career, and even myself. I had so many things to be grateful for, yet it wasn't enough. I was dealing with low confidence, depression, and overall felt unfulfilled. 

Mindset

But the moment I started working on my mental health, everything changed. It was such an awakening moment for me when I learned about the power of our thoughts and how we are able to shape our reality. I was so skeptical at first and couldn't really comprehend it all but the more research and evidence I found, the more intrigued I was. I began to learn about the mind-body connection and how we are able to improve our lives by the way we think. 

Happiness

After applying what I learned into my own life, I began to live a more healthy, happy, and meaningful life. I grew a strong mindset, developed resilience, and now experience immense gratitude everyday. Although life isn't perfect, I am always grateful for my life, who I am, and who I'm becoming in my journey.
